During the lessons, the participants, under Chef Giovanni Patarini, will be given the opportunity to learn and experiment with cuisine.
The course will include the use of multimedia contents in the kitchen area, fitted out by HI-MACS®, featuring the technology of Gaggenau products.
Lascala.Location is a multi-purpose area managed by Lucchesedesign, in which a group of architects and designers have dedicated their talents to upgrading a former industrial zone, making it their headquarters.
Thanks to the extraordinary versatility of HI-MACS®, almost all the furnishings and fittings of the studio were designed and made to measure. The desks for work stations, tables for the conference and meeting rooms, large shelves and upstairs kitchen were designed to interact with light. The dominant colour is Alpine White, set against tenuous pastel colours such as Rose, Jasmin Green, Sky Blue, or in contrast with livelier colours such as Banana and Orange, throughout the upstairs area with the kitchen.
For Taste.Location, part of the area will be dedicated to Italian cuisine. The meeting room will be used for cooking: a large central Island in HI-MACS® Alpine White will include a sink and cooking surface. The spacious adjacent area will be used as a dining room with tables in HI-MACS® arranged according to the particular needs of the moment. What makes these tables unique is the precision processing of the Solid Surface enabling the tables, of different heights, to be arranged one on top of the other in any arrangement desired.
All the dishes prepared in the lessons will be served and tasted with wines chosen by an expert sommelier.
The area will include different « table-projects » with products by Guzzini, to teach innovative dining settings. Each evening there will also be a photographic exhibition, art installations, music and scents to exalt the senses.
