In occasion of the recent fair Cersaie, International Exhibition of Ceramics for Architecture and Bathrooms held in Bologna, a new product was born. Zazzeri, a cutting edge company in the Italian bathroom furnishing and design fields; just launched VIRGIN shower system, made in HI-MACS® Alpine White S28.
The challenge that Zazzeri team and designer Daniele Bedini set themselves was to create a totally innovative shower system.
“We believed that the main characteristic had to be its capacity to be part of the bathroom architecture; in particular, to be able to integrate the shower equipment into the bath ceiling both from the aesthetics and the materials point of view, like a natural continuation of the ceiling itself… like an open cut! Right from the beginning, we thought to a large white panel, then the slash, through which water, light and colour would “naturally” spring. And HI-MACS® Natural Acrylic Stone resulted as the best material to create it with.” says system designer Daniele Bedini of the IS study, the inventor of Virgin.
Virgin technology is highly versatile: you can choose a waterfall, dual waterfall, rain effect or both. The RGB Led lighting provides a blend of high technology and therapeutic colour, as well as evident beauty.
The Virgin system comes complete with adjustable steam jets which can be fitted to the wall as required.
