Form HI-MACS® edges quickly and easily.

Edges can be formed most simply with an under-mounting made of HI-MACS® material on the underside of the sheet:

1. Trim a rebate on the underside of the sheet.
2. Place a line of glue on the rebate and lay the edge into the rebate.
3. Place clamps along the edge every 8 to 10 cm.
4. When the glue has cured, trim the edge with a profile router bit.
5. After the trimming process, finish off by sanding.
